Froot Loops Cereal

Froot Loops is a colourful, one-of-a-kind breakfast cereal with an incredible taste made with corn, whole grain oats, wheat and real fruit flavoring.

The promotional character for this cereal is Toucan Sam. He's known for his rainbow-coloured bill and his catchphrase is "Follow your nose!".

Recipe for FROOT LOOPS Cupcakes --

Ingredients:
2 cups Froot Loops
1 pkg white or yellow layer cake mix
24 Large cupcake liners
1 tub (450g) prepared frosting
- Candies and sprinkles

Preparation Instructions:
1. Measure 2 cups FROOT LOOPS cereal into large zipper-type storage bag. Using a rolling pin, slightly crush cereal to about 1 1/2 cup.

2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Mix cereal into batter. Portion evenly into 22" muffin-pan cups lined with cupcake liners (do not overfill).

3. Bake according to package directions, about 18 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned and wooden pick inserted near centre comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Frost and decorate with additional cereal, candies and sprinkles.
