Colon Cleanse for True Health

True health is attained by ridding the body of toxins and pollutants. Deep cleansing of the colon is where it all begins. As it is said, death begins in the colon. So many of us concentrate on keeping our external bodies clean. We shower or bathe every day, wash our face and hands every day, shampoo our hair and brush our teeth every day, and yet the inside of our bodies are like cesspools. We just don't focus on the inside of our bodies until we come down with a sickness or a disease.

So many of us in America today are sick and dying. We put our trust in the medical community and pharmaceutical drugs that have great side effects and are destroying our organs. There are so many natural alternatives that many do not want us to know about. Things such as herbs, vitamins, nutrients, even electrical frequencies.

Things that are so inexpensive and easily obtainable for true health and wellness.Miraculously eliminate health problems and feel great! So many health disorders are the result of internal organs not functioning properly because they are abused, polluted and clogged with pollutants, metals, foreign substances and pathogens. The body reacts with symptoms when it can longer handle it.The Answer is Simple - Healing and true health return when you eliminate the accumulated trash in the body and keep it out.True health does not come from drugs or even antioxidants. True health comes about by eliminating foreign substances (living and nonliving) from the body that hamper vital organs from performing their natural function.

In the 21th century we have introduced massive amounts of pollutants, chemicals, toxins, dyes, solvents and unnatural, foreign substances into our food and body products. We have also introduced metal and plastic dentalware that we have in our mouth for most of our lives. If you don't move your bowels 2 to 3 times a day, your health will go down if it hasn't already. Anyone can have 5 to 20 lbs. of tough, decaying, black crud lining the walls of the large intestine, a protruding belly even if thin, bad breath or bad complexion. Food ferments and rots in the gut and should never stay in you more than 8 to 15 hours. Any longer and you can become a walking cesspool.

This massive toxic pollutant invasion of the body is an open invitation to living invaders, bacteria, viruses, parasites, molds and fungus that all thrive in this environment. The human immune system was simply unprepared for this 21th century onslaught that has resulted in our health being jeopardized. To undo this, the first vital step is to cleanse the colon, the second is to cleanse the liver and then the kidneys. It is then up to you to take corrective action and stop polluting yourself!
