Cereal Recipes That Aren't Just For Breakfast! |

Ingredients:
1/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
1 cup granola cereal
1 tablespoon carob powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon honey or sugar to taste whipped cream (optional)
Granola (optional)
Serves: Serves 2
Preparation Instructions:
In a blender, combine powdered milk, cereal, carob powder
and vanilla or coffee. Add hot water and honey, and blend
until liquefied. Pour into cups. Top with whipped cream sprinkles
with granola if desired.
